Not Intended To Be A Factual Statement

Stephen Colbert had a fucking field day with GOP Sen. Jon Kyl's claim that 90% of Planned Parenthood's work is abortion-related. Kyl's office later gave the "excuseplanation" that what he said was "not intended to be a factual statement."
