Amidst the brouhaha of his 17th birthday, Justin Bieber has cranked up the frenzy a tad, with the official announcement that his heart is going pitter-patter over a gal pal.

Uh-huh!

The flavor of the month - with the raging hormones - is dating cutie Selena Gomez!

Tongues of gossips at the tabloid rags have been wagging that it's old news; after all, they caught the pretty twosome weeks ago in passionate clinches (spied pecks on the cheek, too) now-and-then on the fly on the high-profile celebrity circuit.

I vividly recall when I was 17!

Way back in the 60's - in my heady trippy-hippie daze - I got busted for dancing on a police car in the downtown streets of Toronto!

Zsa Zsa Gabor...Happy Birthday! Hospital bed to Bel Air estate!



Fans of legendary sex Goddess - Zsa Zsa Gabor - will be thrilled to hear that the aging celebrity has recovered from a lung infection and heading home from the hospital to her Bel Air estate to celebrate her birthday.

Ms. Gabor needs those healthy lungs if she intends to blow out the 94 candles on the top of what is expected to be a mouth-watering many-tiered fancy birthday cake.

The Hungarian-born actress appeared in more than 30 movies over the course of her long career - but it is remembered best for her stand-out performance in the classic flick - Moulin Rouge.

There were also campy stints on Batman - a TV hit - in the 60's.

Ms. Gabor was a perennial guest on the Merv Griffen show - often with her two dazzling sisters in tow (Eva & Magda) - which prompted many critics to snidely remark that the trio were simply famous for being famous.

That was many moons before Paris Hilton earned that reputation in recent years!

Judging by all the hits on the Internet today, Zsa Zsa is still a curiosity to the teaming masses around the globe.

Big Bear Resort...free skiing on Birthday!

Snow bunnies with a "birthday" falling in season are eligible for a free day of skiing and snowboarding at both Big Bear Mountain Resort and Snow Summit.

The catch?

No rain checks, unfortunately.

So, if you're a ski enthusiast and your birthday anniversary falls on a hot summer day in June or August, you're just SOL!

By the way, the two popular resorts are only about ten miles apart, so those who are light-of-foot will probably take advantage of that and fly the trails at both locations during the course of one exhilerating day!
